Our Story

Built From the Ground Up

Liaison Concrete Construction was founded by United States Marine Corps veterans who carried the discipline, work ethic, and mission-first mentality of military service directly into the construction industry. What started as a small team serving the Central Valley has grown into a full-scale commercial and industrial concrete contractor operating across Northern California.

We built this company on a simple principle: do the work right, show up when you say you will, and never cut corners. That philosophy has earned us long-term relationships with general contractors, commercial developers, and industrial operators throughout the Bay Area, Sacramento, Fresno, and beyond.

Today, Liaison Concrete handles everything from machine excavation and site grading to structural concrete, foundations, retaining walls, and flatwork — all under one contract, with one point of contact, and one standard of quality.

As President, Markus leads all operations at Liaison Concrete — from field execution to business development. A USMC veteran, he brings military discipline and hands-on concrete expertise to every project.

Vice President

Ian oversees company operations, client relationships, and strategic growth. His deep background in commercial construction keeps Liaison Concrete running efficiently and delivering for every GC and developer we partner with.

John Walls

Project Manager

John manages project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication from mobilization through closeout. He keeps jobs on time, on budget, and aligned with the GC's expectations.

Richard Morales

Senior Construction Foreman

Richard leads field crews on active job sites, managing day-to-day concrete operations, quality control, and crew coordination. His experience spans excavation, structural concrete, and large-scale flatwork.

Tony Gonzalez Hernandez

Construction Foreman

Tony oversees field crew operations on active concrete projects, ensuring quality workmanship, safe practices, and on-schedule delivery from mobilization through final pour.

Jordan Brink

Office Manager / Project Coordinator

Jordan keeps the office and projects running in sync — managing scheduling, client communications, bid coordination, and administrative operations so the field team can stay focused on execution.

Is Liaison Concrete a union or non-union contractor?+

Liaison Concrete Construction operates as a non-union contractor. We are set up to handle prevailing wage projects and certified payroll requirements for public works and public agency contracts throughout California.

Do you handle both prime and subcontract work?+

The majority of our work is as a concrete subcontractor to licensed general contractors on commercial and industrial projects. We also take on select projects as a prime contractor for commercial developers and owner-operators. Contact us to discuss your project structure.
