Commercial loading dock concrete includes the dock approach slab (where trucks maneuver and position), the dock pit or leveler pocket (the recessed area that houses the dock leveler equipment), the dock face wall (the structure trucks back against), and the truck court (the area where trucks circulate and park while waiting).
